BFF Venues

The Bermondsey Folk Festival is a unique experience to enjoy folk and root music in the Blue Bermondsey. We call it a musical pub stroll and we think you will love it. Four pubs take part in the event as in previous year with the addition of a new venue at the Biscuit Factory. Learn more about each of these places and how to get there.

The Queen Victoria

The Queen Victoria Pub Bermondsey

The Queen Victoria public house is located on the west side of Market Place towards the Grange and Spa area.

The pub is a popular venue in the area in which families are welcome. There are weekly events, monthly quiz nights and a above all, a friendly atmosphere in which everyone feels at ease.

Blue Bermondsey Pubs The Blue AnchorThe Blue Anchor in Bermondsey has been hosting great live music for many years with Friday & Saturday Nights From 9pm Until Late

The pub serves real Ale beer and wine cider and has a food menu. The Blue Anchor is child friendly and you can watch sports on the big screen.

Kronenbourg 1664, Heineken (5.0%)

Market Place

Market Place is truly the heart of The Blue Bermondsey with a traditional street market Monday to Saturday. It is also the main connection between the different venues in the music stroll we hope you will be taking visit it on the day. There will be music, entertainment and many cafes and places to eat and drink during the day


Shortwave Cafe

Shortwave Cafe SE16 is a new art gallery, bar and cafe in the Biscuit Factory, which is part of the Blue Bermondsey area. They have the honour to be the location for the Bermondsey Folk Festival closing gig

THE OLD BANK

  239 Southwark Park Rd, London SE16 3TT

A modern conversion of a former bank which opened in 2010. There is a traditional style bar (with 3 hand pumps) and banquette seating around the walls. The floor has a striking tiled design. Traditional lunch is available on Sundays. There are a number of TV screens around the pub showing sport. It gets very busy on Millwall match days.
